About the Site

The Site is an informational website about Mikesverse and the apps we build. Our apps are governed by their own terms — for example, Attunly’s terms are available at attunly.app and through the app stores. These Terms cover the Site only.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it abusively, or otherwise misuse it.

Intellectual property

The content, names, logos, and designs on the Site are owned by Mikesverse LLC and are protected by applicable laws. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. App store badges and marks belong to Apple and Google respectively.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party websites, such as attunly.app and the app stores. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikesverse LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.
